What is Image QR Code?
QR Code generates a scannable QR code for a URL, text, contact card, or Wi-Fi credentials. The output is a high-resolution PNG you can paste anywhere — print on a poster, embed in a slide, or save as a profile picture.
How to use Image QR Code
- Type or paste the content (URL, text, etc.).
- Pick error correction level and size.
- Click "Generate".
- Download the QR code as PNG.
Why use AinnoBox for this
- The code is generated in your browser, so it points straight at your URL — there is no redirect through a shortener that could expire, count you, or be taken over later.
- Selectable error correction (L through H) lets a code survive being printed small, partially covered by a logo, or scuffed on a physical sign.
- Output is a high-resolution PNG rather than a screen-sized preview, so the same file works for a business card and for an A1 poster.
- Wi-Fi passwords and contact details are common QR payloads, and typing them into a remote generator hands them over; here they stay in the tab.
- Free, unlimited codes, no account, and no expiry or scan quota attached to what you generate.
Image QR Code — frequently asked questions
- Will this QR code ever stop working?
- Not because of us. The content is encoded directly into the image, so there is no intermediary link to expire. Many free generators produce a redirect through their own domain, which stops working if they shut down or start charging.
- Which error correction level should I choose?
- L or M for a clean digital or well-printed code. Q or H when the code will be small, placed on a curved or textured surface, or partially covered by a logo — higher correction adds redundancy, at the cost of a denser pattern.
- How small can I print it?
- As a rule of thumb, keep the code at least 2 cm square for a phone scanning at arm's length, and leave a clear quiet zone around it. Larger content makes a denser code, which needs more physical size to stay scannable.
