What is PDF From Image?
Image to PDF turns one or more images into a single PDF document. Each image becomes a page; you can drag to reorder. Common formats supported: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP.
How to use PDF From Image
- Drop the images you want to convert.
- Drag them into the order you want as PDF pages.
- Pick page size (Auto / A4 / Letter) and orientation.
- Click "Generate PDF" and download.
Why use AinnoBox for this
- Auto page size keeps each image at its native aspect ratio, while A4 and Letter give you a consistent document for printing or filing.
- Drag-to-reorder means a stack of phone photos of a paper form ends up in reading order, not in whatever order the file picker returned.
- Mixed input formats are fine — JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP can go into the same document without converting them first.
- Photographs of passports, receipts and signed forms are exactly the files you should not upload; here they are assembled locally.
- Free, no sign-up, no page limit, and no watermark on the generated PDF.
PDF From Image — frequently asked questions
- Should I choose Auto, A4 or Letter?
- Auto when the images have unusual proportions and you care about not cropping or padding them. A4 or Letter when the PDF will be printed or submitted somewhere that expects a standard page — each image is then fitted onto that page size.
- Will the images lose quality?
- JPEGs are embedded as-is with no re-encoding, so they are pixel-identical to the input. Other formats are converted to a compressed image stream in order to be embeddable, which is visually lossless at normal photo sizes.
- Can I make the resulting PDF searchable?
- No. This tool places pictures onto pages; it does not run OCR, so the text inside a photographed document stays a picture. You would need a dedicated OCR tool to add a text layer.
